Indenture made between Sir Robert de Swylyngton the uncle knight and Baldwin fitz Peres of Glenfeld, being a defeasance of the foregoing release, upon condition that the said Baldwin, his heirs, executors and assigns, on Easter day next at Leycestre castle shall pay 401. to the said Robert, his: heirs, executors or assigns. Dated London, Wednesday after Trinity 44 Edward III. French.
