Order to deliver to de Hastynges, son and heir of Lawrence de Hastynges earl of a moiety of the manor of Godewyneston taken into the hand by the death of Juliana late wife of William de Clynton of Huntyngdon, together with the issues thereof taken since in the 42nd year of the reign ; as it is found by inquisition, by the escheator, that the said William at his death held no in that county in chief nor in service in his demsene as of fee, the said moiety of the gift of the said Lawrence during the the said Juliana, with reversion after her death to the earl of and his heirs, and that the same is held of the king in by fealty ; and on the day mentioned the age of the John was proved, and the king took his homage and fealty, livery to be given him of all his said father's lands.
