Witnesses: Sir John de Grey, Sir Thomas de Blount knights, Edmund Rose, William Catour of Redyng, William Wakeman, Thomas Tours, Robert Padenhale. Dated Rutherfeld, the feast of St. Philip and St. James 43 Edward III.
