Order not to further with the lands which John son of John Wodecok held the heir of William de Roos of Hamelak tenant in chief, a minor the king's wardship, and which were taken into the king's hand by death of the said John son of John and are in his hand; as John and heir of the said deceased, tenant by knight service of the said has proved his age before the escheator, and the king has taken homage and fealty of Thomas de Roos, brother and heir of William Roos son and heir of the said William de Roos of Hamelak, and commanded livery to be given him of his said father's lands.
