Order not to further with the manor of Kirkeby upon Querf and certain in Grymmeston and Milford taken into the king's hand by the of Ralph de Neville, delivering up any issues thereof taken ; the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that his death the said Ralph held the premises for his life of the grant Robert de Neville of Horneby the elder, with remainder to Robert Neville of Horneby (yet living) son of the said Robert the elder to his heirs, and that the same are held of others than the king.
