Oxford of Maud Erchedekne and Thomas Sowy, with the homages, and services of Edmund Giffard, Thomas atte More, John Walkere, Chaloner, Agnes Brayes, John Fisshere, Richard Neel, Ralph William Kirse and Walter Freman, and all other lands, and services which they had in those towns ; also that a messuage one carucate of land, held for life by Edmund Giffard in those towns reversion to the said John and William, shall after his death to the said Thomas and Alice, the heirs and assigns of Thomas.
