Essex, giving with warranty to Bartholomew de Frestelyng citizen and corder of London, his heirs and assigns, 20]. of yearly quit rent to be taken at Midsummer of the manor of White Rothyng, with power of distraint if the same be in arrear; and he has put the said Bartholomew in seisin thereof by payment of 40d.
