Order, upon the petition of Thomas atte of Sevenok, Stephen Stangate, Michael atte Milne, John Mareschal Peter Watte of Berlyng, to stay by the mainprise of Robert de clerk, Thomas Baillif and Roger de Norton of that county Roger Blithe of the city of London the further execution of a ordering him to take the petitioners if found in his bailiwick and keep them so as to have their bodies before the justices at Westthree weeks after Easter to answer to John Piers of Cukklestan an alleged trespass, bringing this writ; as their petition shews . 513 they are ready to answer as aforesaid, and to stand to right in things, and the said mainpernors have mainperned in chancery a pain of 201. to have the bodies of the aforesaid Thomas atte and the others named before the said justices at the day above
