IIT, 389 de Neville knight, by the mainprise of Robert de Horkesleye Bussh, Ralph Waryn and John Nicol of that county, bringing writ before the justices of the Bench a month after Easter next; as their behalf it is shewn that, by process before the said justices, virtue of a writ to the sheriff addressed and before the justices they are put in exigents to be outlawed for an alleged tresagainst the said Alice, though they had no knowledge of that and are ready to stand to right in the premises, praying for and the said mainpernors have mainperned in chancery a pain of 100/. to have them before the justices on the day on which the writ is returnable, to answer for that trespass. king's will is that, in case they shall not come before the justices the day named, outlawry shall be pronounced against them, allowthe process already made touching the same this writ notwith- William de Kelleseye to Walter de Arderne. Recognisance for 101., be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in Lincoln- Cancelled on payment. Thomas de Langford knight of the county of Suthampton to Thomas Walter Frelond clerk and John de Estbury. Recognisance 73]. 6s. 8d., to be levied etc. in the county of Suthampton.
