Dated Saturday after the Purification, 82 Edward ITI. that Martin, Sancho and John Sanches came into the at Westminster on 10 February and acknowledged the preceding of deed testifying that whereas Robert bishop of Salisbury, consent of his chapter, has granted to William de Monte Acuto, Salisbury, a yearly rent of 2001. to be received of his manor of with power of distraint if the rent be in arrear, the earl has released bishop the said rent and all his right therein. Dated London, after St. Luke, 31 Edward III. that the earl came into the chancery at Westminster on this year and acknowledged the preceding deed.
