Order to cause Thomas de Roos, brother and heir of William de Roos of Hamelak, tenant in chief, to have seisin of all the lands whereof his brother was seised at his death in his demesne as of fee saving to the king the corn growing in those lands and his other goods and chattels there, as Thomas has proved his age before William Fililode, escheator in the county of Northampton, and the king has taken his homage for all the lands which his brother held in chief.
