Order to make a partition into of a messuage, one carucate of land and 60s. rent in Yiddeforde, and one carucate of land in Battesthorn, and the manor of taken into the king's hand by the death of Margaret de Dynham, another time Margaret Douvedale, and by reason of the minority Achard and of Joan daughter of William de Luscote, in the (if they choose to attend) of John Duyn, and of William de to whom the king committed the wardship of two thirds of lands which Margaret held in dower of the inheritance of John, and Joan, until Thomas and Joan should come of age, together issues thereof, to deliver to William the purparties falling to and Joan together with the issues thereof, and not to intermeddle with the purparty of John, delivering to him the issues thereof, that partition to chancery to be enrolled there, as the king has by divers inquisitions that Margaret at her death held the premises of the inheritance of the said John, who is of full age, and of and Joan, minors in the king's wardship, kinsmen and heirs de Knouvyle, and that the manor and lands are held of others king.
