Order not to further with the lands and rents taken into the king's hand of Robert de Dole, delivering the issues thereof to Joan late of John de Bures, Robert's daughter, as the king has learned by taken by the escheator that Robert held for his life 20 yearly rent to be received of certain lands which belonged to him in Ertyngdon in the parish of St. Nicholas near Guldeford, and of yearly rent to be received of certain lands called Brugges in which lands Robert demised, four years before his death, to Joan for her life, rendering to him the said 20 marks for the lands and the 8 marks for the lands called Brugges, that Robert held for life 10/. of yearly rent to be received of certain lands in Wertlyng and Cattesfeld, which John de Batelesford holds for demise, with remainder after Robert's death to Joan for her that the said tenements whereof those rents arise are held of the king.
