Order to allow 851. 9s. 61. Hakelut and Agnes his wife in their ferm for the wardship of of the lands late of Laurence de Hastynges, earl of Pembroke, husband of Agnes, according to their petition as of the lands to the said earl in the king's hand by reason of the of the earl's heir, and reserved to the king's wardrobe, by of the king's court, before the justices of the Bench, 35/. 9s. 6d. a year for Agnes s dower of the lands to the earl, lately alienated by the earl to Thomas West, which the said heir is bound to warrant to Thomas, and lapse of a year from the time of that recovery, certain the said yearly value of the inheritance of the said heir, in hand, were assigned to John and Agnes by the king according said recovery, and they received nothing for Agnes s dower for between the recovery and the assignment.
