de Aspale, knight, acknowledges that he owes to Thomas Harewold, of London, 135/.; to be levied etc. in Suffolk. of indenture testifying that whereas Sir John Aspale, knight, to Thomas Harewold, citizen of London, all his manor of with its appurtenances in the parish of Hakeneye, co. to hold from Michaelmas last until the end of fourteen following, as is fully contained in a deed made thereupon, in surety for John is bound to Thomas in 135/. by the preceding recognisance, grants that if he is not amoved from the said manor by John the said term, by force of any gift of fee tail made before presents, or by process followed in the king's court by reason of charges, annuities, recognisances in chancery, the Common Bench or or by statute merchant, then the recognisance shall be null and if Thomas be amoved from that manor within the said term manner aforesaid, and John, being warned thereof by Thomas in at Stonham Antigayne, make satisfaction to Thomas within a of a year after such warning, for as much as he shall have lost by such amoving then the recognisance shall be null, but otherwise it shall remain in force, saving to John full power to re-enter the manor by reason of waste if any is made there, in accordance with the form of the indenture of release thereupon.
