Witnesses: Hugh Blount, Humphrey de Walden, de Badewe, John de Haveryngge, knights, John de Walton, Thomas the elder, Thomas Tyrel the younger, Giles de Westmelne, Richard Dated at Hatfeld Peverel on 10 September, 24 Edward III. has ratified this charter and he releases to the said Thomas de Walter and John Mareys all his right and claim in the said manor etc. Dated at Hatfeld Peverel, 28 October, 24 Edward III. that William came into chancery at Westminster on and acknowledged the preceding deed. of deed testifying that whereas the same William has granted to John Heyward, vicar of Hatfeld Peverel church, and to Thomas of Wytham all the lands, rents and services in Hatfeld Peverel which he lately had of the gift and enfeoffment of Gilbert Porter of Hatfeld Peverel and Thomas Parker of Wodeham Wauter or of Thomas Fabel his brother, he has released to John Heyward and Thomas Brandon all his right and claim in the said lands, rents and services. Witnesses: Thomas de Maundevile, Hugh de Badewe, knights, John de Boys, John Ultynge, Bartholomew Bygod, Thomas Bastard, John atte Merssh, Richard de Bures.
