Order to cause proclamation to be made that the king's subjects who wish to complain of the Flemings for trespasses and other injuries inflicted for two years past, shall be on the morrow of the Nativity of the Virgin next before certain the king has appointed to treat with the commissioners of the Flanders upon such damages to receive restitution.
