William de Plumpton, escheator in the county of York. Order not to further with the lands taken into the king's hand by reason of of Agnes late the wife of William de Wyvill, restoring the issues as the king has learned by inquisition taken by Gerard Salvayn, in that county, that Agnes at her death held no lands in whereby the custody of her lands ought to pertain to the king, but she held for life certain lands in Sledmere in that county of others the king, with reversion to Ralph de Hastynges, knight.
