de Catesby of co. Warwick acknowledges that he owes to Robert of co. Oxford 40/.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his and chattels in co. Warwick. of indenture testifying that whereas William de Catesby is to Robert de Mlleford in 40/. by the preceding recognisance Robert that if Agnes de Merynton or John her son withdraws a recognisance made to them by Laurence de Hastynges, earl of Pembroke, now and Martinmas next, the recognisance made by William shall and if they do not withdraw the recognisance, William shall pay Christmas next or the recognisance shall remain in force. Dated at on Saturday after the Translation of St. Thomas the Martyr, III. that both William and Robert came into chancery at on 15 July and acknowledged the preceding indenture.
