Order to deliver to late the wife of Philip le Despenser, tenant in chief, all the lands to her in that bailiwick, as of the lands which belonged to her the king assigned the following to her, with the assent of Queen to whom he committed the custody of two parts of the said lands, until the heir should come of age, and after taking Joan's oath that will not marry without the king's licence, to wit: lands and rents Great Coldon, Little Coldon, Holm, Kayngham, Drynghowe, and Dodyngton in the liberty of Holdernesse, co. York, and Goushull, Klsham, Thornton, Wevelesby, Stalyngburgh, Imyngham Roxton, co. Lincoln, to hold in dower, for rendering 50s. yearly, which her dower, to the said queen until the heir come of age, and to the heir.
