Order not to further with the manor of Chalghton in that county, restoring thereof, as the king has learned by inquisition taken by the that John Lestraunge of Whitchurche, at his death, held that for life by a fine levied iu the king's court, with remainder to Fulc, son, and his heirs by Elizabeth his wife, and that the manor is the earl of Lancaster by homage and the service of 6d. yearly.
