To the collectors of the custom of woollen cloth in the port of Great Yarmouth. Order to permit all merchants who wish to take such cloth, : made in England, from that port to any parts beyond of the king's friendship, after paying the custom due thereon, to do so, notwithstanding the ordinance made by the king and council to take such cloth to Caleys and not elsewhere.
