To the collector in the diocese of York of the biennial tenth lately granted by the clergy of the province of York. Order to supersede be demand made upon John Wynwyk, the king's clerk, for paying the Suthwell, for the present ex, as the said prebend, which belonged to J. bishop of St. Davyid s, and with which John is now provided by th apostolic see, came into the pope's hand on 23 September last by the consecration of the said bishop, and it will remain so until 28 Septem next, as Master Reymund Pelegrim, the papal nuncio in England, certified in chancery. 21. Brother Hugh de Faloniis, prior of the house of St. John the Evange Horton, of the Cluniac order, diocese of Canterbury, acknowledges himself and convent that they owe to John de Tryple and John Ai citizens of London, 501.; to be levied, in default of payment, of their la and chattels and ecclesiastical goods in co. Kent.
