To the sheriff of Rutland. Order to supersede the exaction for 20 tuns of flour of the men of that county, as the king ordered the sheriff to cause 40 tuns of wheat flour and 200 quarters of oats to be bought and purveyed, but it has been testified before the king and his council by trustworthy persons that the men of the county do not suflice to support such a charge with the other charges imposed upon them.
