To the treasurer and barons of the exchequer. Order to discharge Ralph Hastyngs, Walter de Creyk and Thomas de Brayton of the account of them for the scrutiny of wool in the port of York and the parts, for which the king appointed them, as the king ordered the of York, the mayor and bailiffs of that city and the collectors of in the port there to be attendant upon them in the matter, and sheriff to make men come before them on certain days by whom the might be known, and now they have besought the king to order discharge as they have not intermeddled in the said matter, as the has learned by trustworthy testimony, and Thomas has surrendered letters patent of appointment to chancery, to be cancelled.
