Order to take an inquisition on the names the malefactors who dearrested and eloigned a ship of William Wymond Farecost, and of them who assented thereto, to what place it was and in whose hands it now is, and to send that inquisition and this to the king without delay, as on learning that much wool, hides and were taken out in that ship, whereof John Clere of Faversham master, from the port of London, contrary to the proclamation, the king the sheriffs to arrest it and keep it safely until further order, and the king has learned that after the arrest the ship was dearrested by malefactors.
