To the bailiffs of the liberties of the prior of St. Swithin's, Winchester, co. Southampton. Order to receive the return of the extracts of the said and amercements which the sheriff of Southampton has delivered to according to the liberties granted to their lord by the king and his from the said sheriff, and to cause all the money which is to levied by that return in their bailiwick to be levied without delay and to the sheriff by indentures if they do not pertain to their lord, that the sheriff may be able to deliver that money to the king and to de Weston, John de Weston and others to whom that money is and so thatthe king may not have cause to severely punish them the said liberty for their negligence or default, as the king ordered the to cause all the said fines and amercements to be levied and to pay Philip and John all the money in which the king was bound to them to have all the residue at the exchequer on the quinzaine of Haster to be delivered to the treasurer and chamberlains there.
