Order permit William de Duresme, the king's merchant, or his attorney to lade sacks 154 stones 3 pounds of wool in that port and take them to the in Flanders, after paying 4 mark a sack for the custom, notwiththe proclamation, as the king sold to William 87 sacks of the in arrear of cos. Westmoreland and Cumberland of the 15th year and 194 sacks 153 cloves 8 pounds of the wool of those counties for the past year, for a certain price, as is fully contained in an indenture made with him.
