To the collectors of customs in the port of Exeter. Order to permit Thomas de Whitonstall and Peter Ternyngmongere, attorneys of the men of Brugges in Flanders, to lade 280 sacks of wool in that port and take them to the staple in Flanders without paying any custom thereon, as the king is bound to those men in a-great sum of money as may fully appear by the king's letters obligatory, and the king assigned to them 400 sacks of the wool granted in the last parliament in co. Devon, in part satisfaction of the said sum, and the king has satisfied Conrad Clippyng and his fellows, merchants of Almain, to whom he granted the customs and subsidies in all the ports of the realm, for the custom of mark a sack on those 400 sacks .
