Order to supersede the king's writ to exact Goldbetere of York or the outlawry against him, as although he was before Nicholas de Cantilupo and his fellows, justices appointed to and determine trespasses and excesses committed by the king's and others in that county because he had taken 6 sacks of wool beyond the sea without paying custom or subsidy to the king, and trespasses and excesses, and is placed in exigent to be outlawed, king has learned, yet he is about to set out to parts beyond the sea arduous affairs of the king especially enjoined upon him, and he before the king in chancery Thomas Colle, Thomas de Leuesham de Thorp of London who have mainperned to have him before 15 days from Easter to answer for the premises and further to do what the king's court shall determine.
