Order to pay to John Dengayne, appointed with Robert Parvyng, the chancellor, and Master John to hear and determine the trespasses and excesses committed by ministers and others in that county, 19 marks for 19 days when been attendant upon the premises, to wit, from 10 December last to of that month and from 9 January following until the 15th of that inclusive, of the fines and amercements adjudged before him and his in accordance with the ordinance for the payment of daily wages to to wit, to each earl, 2 marks; to each baron, 20s.; to each 1 mark ; to each knight or clerk mark and to each serjeant, 5s., said fines etc. for every day when they should be attendant upon the By p.s. like to the same sheriff to pay 11 marks to Master John de Thoresby days, to wit from 10 December last to the 24th of that month and January following to the 15th of that month inclusive. By the same writ. like to the sheriff of Bedford to pay to the same Master John, with the same Robert and John to hear and determine such in co. Bedford, 5 marks for 10 days, to wit, from 2 January last 8th of that month and from 16 January following to the 18th of inclusive. By the same writ. like to the same sheriff to pay to John Dengayne 8 marks for 8 days, from 2 January last to the 8th of that month and for the 16th day month. By the same writ. the sheriff of Northampton. Like order to pay to Robert Parvyng, appointed chief justice for such trespasses in that county Dengayne and Master John de Thoresby, 22 marks for 22 days to wit, from 10 December last to the 24th of that month and from 9 January following to the 15th day inclusive, as the king granted him 1 _ mark a day while he should be attendant upon the matter, because he is chancellor and chief justice in that session. ;
