Order to cause proclamation to be made all those who wish to obtain judicial writs, commissions and other which concern the office of the chancery, the chamber and the shall obtain them under the king's seal for the government of Wales and none other, paying the customary fees, and the king will all such writs etc. under another seal as null, except bills and compertaining to the office of the justice.
