To Thomas de Foxle, constable of Wyndesore castle. Order to supersede the demand made upon John son and heir of John le Despenser of Knyght Elynton, deceased, for 50s. for his relief, as Nicholas de Bokland and John de Cory, to whom the king lately committed the custody of all the lands, fees and tenements which belonged to John de Molyns, taken into the king's hand for certain causes, so that they should answer at the exchequer for the issues thereof, received 50s. of John for the relief of a moiety of a knight's fee which John the father held of the fee of Pynkenye which belonged to John de Molyns, as Nicholas and John have testified before the king in chancery, and the king has learned that Thomas distrains John son of John for the said relief.
