Enrolment of grant by John son of John Germeyn of Langeleye to Thomas Purchace of Kilburn of an acre of arable land lying in field called Stanyros in Langeleye Marreys and all the plot of wood Laurencesgrove in the same town, and 53d. rent in the same town John held of the grant of Andrew Laurens of Eure to be received of Germeyn, John's tenant in that town; he also grants that 1 acres arable land in Eure which Matilda atte Neppehouse holds of him for shall remain to Thomas after her death.
