Enrolment of grant by John son and heir of John de Beverlaco of to Martin de Aumbresburi, citizen and goldsmith of London of 2 11 acres of land and three plots of meadow which Salerna de once held as dower and which came to John as his inheritance at father's death, in the town of Chelcheth, co. Middlesex. Witnesses: de Hoyle, lord of Chelcheth, John de Charleton, John le Bray, de Frouwyk, Morellus de Saunford, Richard Stoket, John Hurt, Est, Geoffrey Pycard. Dated at Chelcheth on Saturday the feast of Annunciation, 14 Edward III.
