Order to cause Ralph de Thomas de Chidyngfold, Roger atte Rude and John de Eseburne have respite until the octaves of Michaelmas next for 15/. exacted of as tenants of the lands which belonged to Andrew de Bodyton, one of executors of the will of Joan de Bohun, of the debts in which she was to the king at the exchequer as is said, in order that what is right and may be done after examination of the rolls and memoranda touching matter, as they have asserted that, for certain reasons shown before the they ought not to be charged with the said 15/. and they have the king to cause justice to be done to them upon their discharge.
