Order to deliver to late the wife of Henry Maunsel, a moiety of the manor of near Ingham, together with the issues thereof, having taken her as the king has learned by inquisition taken by the escheator that and Beatrice held the moiety jointly at his death of the grant of Maunsel and Isabella his wife, by a fine levied in the late king's by his licence, and that the moiety is held in chief by the service of eighth part of a knight's fee, and that John Maunsel, Henry's son, is next heir and of full age, and the king has given the escheator power the fealty of Beatrice.
