To the sheriff of Lancaster. Order to cause Richard de Hoghton, brother and heir of Adam son of Adam de Hoghton, to have seisin of a messuage, 24 acres of land, four acres of meadow and fifty acres of . 511 in Wythenill, as the king learns by inquisition taken by the that the premises, which Hugh de Bromicroft, who was outlawed felony, held, have been in the king's hands for a year and a day, and Hugh held them of the said Adam son of Adam, and that the townof Withenill now holds them and has had the king's year and day for which it ought to answer to the king.
