To the taxors and collectors of the fifteenth in co. Nottingham. It is shown to the king on behalf of John de Ebroicis, prebendary of Oxton prebend in St. Mary's, Suthwell, that they cause the fifteenth to be levied and collected from John's own purely spiritual goods. If this is so, it is manifestly done contrary to the form lately delivered to them at the exchequer. The king orders them, if it be so, to supersede levying and collecting the fifteenth from John's goods, and not to aggrieve him contrary to the said form.
