Order to deliver to Agnes, late the wife of Laurence de Bluntesdon, as nearest [friend] of his heir, a virgate of land in Bluntesdon, together with the issues thereof since Laurence's death, as the king learns by an inquisition that the king has caused to be taken by Walter that Laurence at his death held of the king the said virgate only as of the king's manor of Sevenhampton, rendering therefor 12d. yearly at Michaelmas and doing suit at the king's court there from three weeks to three weeks for all service, whereby the wardship of the lands that belonged to Laurence on the said day cannot and ought not to pertain to the king, and that Joan, his daughter, is his next heir and is aged nine years.
