Order to cause the abbot Suleby to be acquitted of 40/. of the 100/. by which he made fine the king at the exchequer to have licence to enter 20/. yearly of land Shipton, Glapthorn, Cotherstok, and Little Adynton, co. notwithstanding the statute of mortmain, as the king has him the said 40J. By K. on the information of the bishop of Coventry and Lichfield. de Bergh, imprisoned at Warwick for the death of John wherewith he is charged, has letters to the sheriff of Warwick to him. .
