To the sheriff of Cumberland. Order to deliver to the prior and convent of St. Mary's, Carlisle, a burgage in Carlisle, which the sheriff has taken into the king's hands by reason of the statute of mortmain, as the king has granted to them, fora fine that the prior has made with him, that they may have and hold the burgage notwithstanding the statute, which burgage Henry de Ravenewyk bequeathed to them in his last will as his chattel, in accordance with the form of the legacy.
