Order to cause to be made throughout his bailiwick, and to warn all and of the said ports who owe service to the king, that they shall all the service due to the king from them and the ships of those before him at Skynburnessye near Carlisle on the eve or day of next, ready and prepared and well manned (munitum) to do service due to the king, certifying the king at that day and place as manner in which he shall have executed this order. the barons and men of the port of Sandwich.
