To the justices of the Bench. Order not to put Nicholas son of Jordan de Tykehull in default because he did not appear on Friday the morrow of the Ascension in the suit before them between Emma, daughter of William le Taillur of Blyth (Blida), demandant, and Peter de la Sarree, tenant, concerning a messuage in Blyth except 40 feet of land in length, concerning which Peter vouched Nicholas to warranty against Emma, as he was in the king's service by his order on that day.
