To Walter de la Haye, escheator of Ireland. Order to resume into the hands all the lands, knights fees and advowsons of churches of inheritance of William de Mohun, deceased, in Ireland that the king to be assigned and delivered by the escheator to John de Carreu Eleanor, his wife, eldest daughter and heiress of William, and to them, together with the other lands, knights fees and advowsons churches whereof William was seised in his demesne as of fee at his to John de Meriet and Mary, his wife, the second daughter and of William, and the issues received thence by the escheator since time of the partition thereof made by him, as, although the king the escheator to cause John de Carreu and Eleanor to have seisin their purparty of William's lands in Ireland according to a partition to made by the escheator, nevertheless as John and Eleanor and John . 149 appeared by his order in chancery, to wit John and John in own persons and Eleanor and Mary by their attorneys, and John granted, in consideration of the houses and buildings in of Otery Mohun, Munketon, Galmeton and Stokfleming to them in their purparty by the assent of John and Mary and trees in the woods of Otery Mohun and Munketon and in the of Galmeton, which are appraised at 790/. 11s. 8d., and which to fall to John and Eleanor to complete what is lacking of their of all the lands, knights fees and advowsons of churches that to William in England and Wales according to the extents made that all the lands, knights fees and advowsons of churches that the inheritance aforesaid in Ireland shall be assigned to John and in their purparty in addition to what is assigned to them in England that after the partition was made by Malcolm de escheator this side Trent, between the heirs and parceners of all the lands, knights fees and adyowsons of churches that to William in England and Wales and in Ireland by the assent and John only, as appears on the back of the Close [Roll] for the year, all the lands, knights fees and advowsons of churches belonged to William in the escheator's bailiwick were taken into hands because the partition was made in the absence and withassent of Eleanor and Mary, the heiresses of the inheritance, and they were not summoned to be present at the partition, and also John de Carreu was under age when the partition was made, and was ordered to warn the heirs and parceners to be in chancery octaves of the Purification last to do and receive what the king's should consider concerning their purparties; and they came into at that day, to wit John and John in their own persons, and by Robert Bending and John Hager, and Mary by Bartholomew and John atte Wyk, their attorneys, and they consented to the aforesaid and to the partition, and they prayed that their might be delivered to them in accordance with the partition
