Nicholas Frembaud, constable of Bristol castle. Whereas the king . granted to Joan, countess of Gloucester and Hertford, that her the king's grandchildren, may dwell with those whom she shall for their custody in the king's houses within that castle, at the of the king and of her, except in the tower of the castle and a house wherein the wife of John de la Mare, who has gone to in the king's service, may dwell with her household: the king the constable to deliver such houses to those whom the countess send to him with her children.
