To the sheriff of Huntingdon. Order to cause Humphrey de Boun, earl of Hereford and Essex, to have seisin of the manor of Swynesheved, as the king learns by inquisition taken by the sheriff that the manor, which Robert de Swynesheved, who was outlawed for felony, held, has been in the king's hands for a year and a day, and that Robert held it of the earl, and that the men of Swynesheved had the king's year and day thereof, for which they ought to answer to the king. . 297
