To the sheriff of Deyon. Order to cause the precentor of the church of Crediton to have seisin of a messuage and a ferling of land in Estere Doderigge, which Ralph son of Benedict de Estere Doderigge, who was hanged for felony, held, as the king learns by inquisition taken by the sheriff that they have been in the king's hands for a year and a day, and _ that Ralph held them of the precentor, and that the decennary of Doderigge had the king's year and day thereof, for which he ought to answer to the king.
