This was probably done at a slightly later date when using this order and the list of tenants to whom it was issued as the basis of the later order. . 199 William de Bruges, abbot of Lilleshull, acknowledges that he to Elias Chaufecire, the king's spigurnel, 60s. yearly for life; to be in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Salop.
