Whereas the king learns by inquisition taken by the escheator that Richard de Willemescote at his death held nothing of the king, but that he held a moiety of the manor of Cudinton and a moiety of the church of that manor of the heir of Robert de Mortuo Mari, tenant in chief, a minor in the king's wardship, by the service of a moiety of a knight's fee: the king orders the escheator not to intermeddle with the other lands that Richard held of other lords,
